El Mango

De recorrido nuevamente buscando otras imágenes acompañados por Aixa y Jorge, Laura y yo nos adentramos una vez mas por los campos pinareños, pero cuando el estómago nos dió el aviso salimos en busca de un lugar tranquilo donde rellenar el vacío.

Laura y yo recordamos una casa a la orilla de la carretera norte donde sus habitantes invitaban almorzar con sus mesas bajo un almendro.

Todo muy rústico, pero lleno de amor y entrega, sonrisas y explicaciones nos fueron entregadas, ellos producen todo lo necesario para mantener el negocio, animales, frutas, viandas y vegetales.

De una manera sencilla, esa manera tan típica con la cual los campesinos te ofrecen su casa.

Este lugar conocido como restaurant El Mango lo habíamos visitado en febrero cuando Filip y Els nos acompañaron, salimos tan complacidos que decidimos regresar y realmente salimos mas complacidos esta vez, pues pasamos al patio posterior de la casa donde Jorge y yo hicimos varias fotos.

La comida exquisita, el sabor de comida cocina a fuego lento y con leña me recordaron diversos momentos de mi vida.

On route again looking for other images accompanied by Aixa and George, Laura and I once again we enter the fields of Pinar del Rio, but when the stomach gave us the notice went out in search of a quiet place to fill the void.

Laura and I remember one house to the north side of the road where people invited to have lunch with their tables under an almond tree.

All very rustic, but full of love and devotion, smiles and explanations to us were given, they produce everything necessary to keep the business, animals, fruits, meats and vegetables.

In a simple way, that way so typical farmers with which will offer their home.

We had visited this place known as Mango restaurant in February when Filip and Els joined us, we went so pleased that time, so we decided to go back and we ended really pleased one more time, in addition they let us going onto the back of the house where George and I took several photos.

The food exquisite, the taste of food simmer and wood reminded me several moment of my life.
